He drafts and negotiates customer contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, and MSAs that protect business interests while remaining deal-friendly. He also builds sales enablement tools including contract playbooks, pre-approved fallback language, and deal desk processes that let sales teams close faster.
Beyond commercial work, he specializes in IT law, data protection, and complex negotiations across multiple jurisdictions. His experience spans software licensing, master service agreements, data processing agreements, and international expansion support.
