Julian Jantze

Julian Jantze is the founder of Compound. As General Counsel at Zenjob, he guided the company through multiple funding rounds, international expansion, and the transformation to an SE. In that role, he learned to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features — from temporary staffing compliance to platform regulation.

Before his in-house role, Julian gained experience at leading business law firms and a DAX corporation in M&A and corporate law. At Compound Law, he combines this background with a focus on scaling tech companies: internationalization, funding rounds, and legal support for product development.
