As Applied AI Counsel for Employment Law, you'll combine traditional employment law expertise with innovative AI-assisted advisory, helping clients navigate complex labor regulations more efficiently.
AI-powered contract review for employment agreements. Automated compliance checks against collective bargaining agreements. Intelligent case assessment and data-driven settlement analysis. You'll maintain the personal touch that employment law requires while leveraging technology to deliver superior value.
Individual Employment Law
- Draft and review employment contracts, termination agreements, and settlements
- Advise on dismissals, restructurings, and workforce reductions
- Represent clients in labor court proceedings and negotiations
- Build AI workflows for employment document review and compliance checks
Collective Labor Law
- Advise on works council matters and co-determination requirements
- Draft works agreements and handle collective bargaining issues
- Navigate complex restructuring scenarios involving employee representatives
- Support clients through organizational changes and M&A employment transitions
Required Qualifications
- German law degree (Staatsexamen - both exams required)
- 3-6 years PQE in employment law (Fachanwalt Arbeitsrecht preferred)
- Deep knowledge of German individual and collective labor law
- Experience with labor court proceedings and negotiations
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in German
